kau kwau! "Good morning!" in Kiriwina language.
This rendition of the
Log takes us from Mooloolaba to the Trobriand Islands in Papua New
Guinea and then to Darwin, Australia. We took a frolic and detour
to visit an exotic place to visit our long time friend from our
hometown of Albert Lea, Minnesota, Kathy Kennedy Lepani. What follows
are a few of the adventures along the route.

Good Bye Mooloolaba!
On April 6, 2003 we departed
Mooloolaba to cruise up the East Coast of Australia. Our path crossed
that of Jay and Carol from Gloucester, Mass. on Gandalf and
Wilm and Helga from Germany on Hooloplop.
